If the initialise button does not change the counter values, the printer port number may be too high. The Adjustment Program typically only detects printer ports numbered 001 through 005. To fix this, go to Windows Control Panel > Devices and Printers, delete all other printer entries (especially virtual PDF printers), uninstall the L3211 driver, restart the computer, and reinstall the driver to assign a low port number.
