Bengali Adult Comics ((free)) [LATEST]
To understand the adult space, one must first appreciate the broader ecosystem. The journey of Bengali comics is said to have begun about a hundred years ago, with the publication of Shukhalata Rao’s Jemon Kormo Temni Phol in the Poush 1328 issue of the children's magazine Sandesh . This work is often considered the first complete Bengali comic series to feature speech balloons. However, the soil for visual narrative was prepared much earlier, in the 19th-century scroll paintings and even earlier, with the terracotta panels that told stories through images. This tradition evolved into the ‘Bat-tala’ books—a varied range of illustrated literature that included farces and erotica printed from woodcuts. Thus, while the modern, sanitized comic book industry grew with icons like Narayan Debnath (creator of Batul The Great and Nonte Fonte ), the seeds for mature, and even explicit, content were present in the region's literary past.
Bengali adult comics, often characterized by their bold and risqué content, cater to a specific audience seeking mature themes and humor. These comics frequently blend local cultural references with universal adult humor, making them relatable and entertaining for their target demographic.
The Battala area of north Kolkata was the birthplace of cheap, popular Bengali printing. While mainstream publishers focused on academic and religious texts, Battala printers produced sensational street literature, scandals, and mildly erotic parodies. This established a precedent: Bengal had a massive appetite for cheap, accessible, and controversial reading material. The Era of "Choti" Books bengali adult comics

The Emergence and Evolution of Bengali Adult Comics: A Cultural Perspective However, the soil for visual narrative was prepared
For decades, Bengali comics were largely considered the domain of children and adolescents, featuring slapstick humor, detective adventures, and fantastical heroes. The landscape began to shift significantly in the 21st century, as artists started exploring the format's potential for more complex, adult-oriented narratives. One of the landmark moments came in 2019 with the release of Gandur Mundu by filmmaker Q and his team. Marketed as the first adult graphic novel in the Bengali language, this 152-page work is a creative takeoff from the controversial 2010 film Gandu . It uses a non-linear narrative to explore the dark underbelly of Kolkata, tackling themes of counterculture and protest with unflinching realism.
The way Bengali adult comics reach their audience is a story of two worlds.

I'll probably maintain my fork still, but I'll probably get some queues from this, thanks!
Btw I'm not really doing anything for QuakeForge, just forking their initial code. I have my own roadmap for this, which might be more Hexen II focused.

Does this generate the bunch of QC code necessary to map frames? :D

Not Really

Alright, just in time for the Blender 2.82 export is done. Big thanks to @Khreator for giving a great insight into exporting issues.
List of features:
+ Export support
+ Support for importing/exporting multiple skins
+ Better scaling adjustments, eyeposition follows scale factor
This is still considered an alpha release. But it should be good enough.

for a long time now: Would it be possible to save a blender physics simulation as frame animated .mdl/.md3?

Enable MDD export addon. Export your simulation to MDD. Remove the sim from the object. Import MDD back into your object. You now have all of your sim frames as separate shape keys, ready to export to .mdl

Actually

Disregard that. It works fine without any of that extra voodoo, just export whatever straight to .mdl

Then let's think about practical use cases.
First think that comes to my mind are death animations, sagging bodies.
Explosion debrie might also work out.
I guess anything fluidic is out of question, like a tiling wave simulation anim.
What else comes to mind?
